God's Love We Deliver

Event Description:

God's Love We Deliver uses Hostos as a distribution site on Thanksgiving day to deliver holiday meals to their clients and their care providers. With the help of hundreds of volunteer drivers and site volunteers they are able to meet this task. GLWD arrives early in the morning and sets the assembly line and provide drivers the meals and directions. Volunteers are on site to help with putting prepackaged meals in bags and help drivers to the cars. There is no garbage to be cleaned up because GLWD takes the refrigerated boxes the meals come in back to their location. We need laborers to set up space by Wednesday 11/27 and we need Public Safety to be stationed at the D lobby.
